Motivational Minute with Paige Lavoie #79: A Cleaning Challenge

Paige Lavoie is back in Motivational Minute #79 on Writer’s Atelier TV!  Paige is here to issue us a cleaning challenge just in time for the winding down of spring cleaning season and the beginning of the second half of the year.

Look to your left. Now look to your right. Take note of what your workspace looks like right now.

Paige may have a few mementos scattered around or an inspirational quote to remind her of her characters and her story, but she finds she’s way more productive when she has a clean and inspiring workspace. She’s willing to bet you would be, too.

If you’re feeling these organizational vibes, head on over to Instagram and tag @writersatelier in a post displaying your workspace before and after tidying up.

And there’s no reason you can’t be in your creative zone while working on your creative zone! Put on your book playlist or a relevant-to-your-research podcast, and then get to work on making your workspace the best it can be.

Look for Paige’s post showing her before and after photos. If you don’t see it up soon, you totally have permission to tag her and ask, “Hey, did you clean your office yet?”

Happy writing!
