Motivational Minute with Paige Lavoie #82: You Can Do Hard Things

Paige Lavoie graces Writer’s Atelier TV once again this week on Motivational Minute #82!

Everything feels crazy for poor Paige. She has notes everywhere, she feels like she’s been revising the same scene for five years, and she doesn’t see the light at the end of the tunnel.

And this isn’t new to her—she’s got books on the shelf, for crying out loud! She’s totally done this before. She is well aware that at the end of this crazy time, she’ll have a book in her hands. That feels exciting, and fun, and like it’s never going to happen.

She knows you’ve been here, too. In fact, you may be right there with her.

The entire process of writing a novel can be really hard. But guess what? We can do hard things. It’s just difficult to remember that sometimes.

So don’t forget that you have the power. This is your story, and you can absolutely do this.

Happy writing!
