Planning 2024 Writing Goals in The Write Gym Workbook

I’m so excited for 2024, so you know I had to break out my mint TWG Workbook to set my goals for 2024! My hope is that sharing my goals will inspire you or remind you to create some actionable writing goals you’re excited to tackle in the new year or whenever you are in your writing journey.

I came to this goal-setting session already knowing what I wanted to work on in 2024 year, but the workbook has six pages of great goal suggestions for productivity, motivation, skill-building, networking, marketing, and even health and wellness if you’re having trouble coming up with your own goals. The initial pages in the workbook are all about why having the right mindset is so crucial and why setting goals is important, which really gets you excited to dive into making your goals.

After you have an idea for what you want to work on, the workbook gives an overview of SMART goals, which you’ll know all about if you’re in Writer’s Atelier’s group coaching and accountability program that sparked the idea for this workbook, The Write Gym. For those who may not know, SMART in this case stands for specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time bound.
