Motivational Minute with Paige Lavoie #121: It’s Not Too Late to Create New Habits

After a fortnight away, Paige Lavoie herself returns in Motivational Minute #121 on Writer’s Atelier TV!

Paige saw a funny little meme floating around on the Internet this week, and for some reason, it really stuck with her. It said, “January is the free trial month for the year.”

And that got her thinking. If you didn’t hit the ground running with your goals this month—if there were habits you’re trying to make or break, and that didn’t happen—then February is your month to shine!

January had a lot going on for Paige, and while she had some successes, there were some things that Paige still wanted to build habits around and grow. She did a lot to set the stage this month, and now the rest of the year can flow a little more smoothly.

What are some of your goals for February? Let us know in the comments below!

Happy writing!
