Motivational Minute #199: Perseverance for the Writing Win

Our founder, Racquel Henry is back again this week with a new Motivational Minute on Writer’s Atelier TV!

As always, the Motivational Minute goes hand in hand with the motivational quote we share on Instagram. This week, however, we did things a little differently. We curated some of our past quotes and created a fun reel you can screenshot. You can check it out here! In thinking about the quotes, one stuck out to Racquel: “When building a writing career, there will be good days and bad days. Just keep going. Perseverance is key.”

It’s perseverance that has gotten Racquel as far as she is in her writing journey, and it will be what continues to push her forward in the years to come. Even when you don’t feel like writing, you get a rejection, or you’re flat-out told by someone that you shouldn’t pursue writing (which is both rude and wrong), it’s perseverance that will see you through those dark moments.

Here’s wishing you lots of perseverance in 2025!

Happy writing!
