Introducing The Write Meditation for Stress & Anxiety with Rita Sotolongo

We are not even a twelfth of the way into 2024, and already, we’re hearing about writers talking about being stressed. Unfortunately, there’s no magic cure for the writing life woes.

But we do have a new way to help you learn to cope with the stress and anxiety.

We’re proud to introduce to you a new offering designed to help you find peace with your writing life—and give you tools to circle back to whenever you need them.

About the Offering

The Write Meditation for Stress and Anxiety is an on-demand 21-day course designed to introduce multiple meditation methods to alleviate stress and anxiety experienced during the writing process. Through short body scan meditations and using breathwork techniques, writers learn how to detach from the emotion tied to anxious thoughts and how to observe them with a neutral acceptance. The result is a calmer mind and an education in developing a personal meditation practice moving forward.

Members of our online community will be able to find The Write Meditation under Classes/Events in the sidebar.
