Motivational Minute with Racquel Henry #151: Write Your Goals Down Weekly

Feeling the Monday blues? Or are you not feeling just the regular ol’ Monday blues, but the precise shade of Monday blue that can only come during a month midway through the year, when your goals seem more like distant stars than lights at the end of a tunnel?

This week, we’ve got a Motivational Minute for that!

Have you tried writing your goals down? Did you know that, if you write your goals down, you increase the chances of success by 42 percent? It’s true!

Many of you know we have a program called The Write Gym. It’s an online accountability and group coaching program, and we’ve been running it for roughly five years. One of the things Write Gym members do is check in and write their goals down every single week. We started this because of that very statistic.

If you’re feeling a little stuck these days, try writing down your goals every single week. See how much progress you can make when you keep your goals so front-of-mind. You just might surprise yourself.

Happy writing!
