Motivational Minute with Racquel Henry #142: Writing Books is Magical

Another Monday, another pep talk on Writer’s Atelier TV! Founder Racquel Henry is back again this week to deliver us some motivation to get us through the home stretch of NaNoWriMo!

Racquel is wearing her Books are Magic sweatshirt today to channel that energy. Something she’s noticed writers do—especially while navigating NaNoWriMo—is forget that what we’re doing is actually quite magical. We develop characters from scratch who feel and behave like real people. We create worlds. We produce magic from a blank page.

Words are magic. You are magic. And whatever you create will be magic.

Happy writing!
