Writer’s Atelier Presents Our 2020 NaNoWriMo Virtual Write-ins

The weather is cooling, the leaves are changing, and the coffee shops are putting pumpkin spice in everything. It must be autumn, and that means we’re in the thick of planning for NaNoWriMo!

With only ten days left in October, it’s time for we at Writer’s Atelier to unveil our write-in dates and times for this November. All of our events will take place over Zoom and streamed to our Facebook page. You’ll be able to register for these events soon, but until then, keep an eye on our Events tab on Facebook, and mark your calendars!

Tuesdays and Fridays with Megan

Our administrative assistant hosted a couple write-ins for us last year, growing virtual flowers with her favorite timer app. This year, she’ll be doing lots more of that!

If you’re a morning writer, join Megan every Tuesday and Friday in November for writing sprints from 8 AM to 10 AM.

Wednesdays with Wendy

Wendy Reynolds, a member of the Write Gym, has generously volunteered to host write-ins for us this year!

If you’re an evening writer, join Wendy every Wednesday in November from 8 PM to 9 PM.

Sundays with Racquel

You know her, you love her, and you knew her name was going to pop up eventually. It’s our wonderful Racquel!

If you’re an afternoon writer, join Racquel every Sunday in November for writing sprints from 1 PM to 3 PM.

Write-ins with Winter Park Public Library

This year, we’re collaborating with Winter Park Public Library to bring you two write-ins.

Make a note of Tuesday, November 10, and Tuesday, November 17, from 6 PM to 7:30 PM!

Want more accountability and resources?

You’ll find it in Writer’s Atelier’s The Write Gym, our private Facebook group entering its fourth year, which is focused on accountability and community. There, you’ll find weekly goal setting, weekly check-ins, and monthly Facebook lives with WA Founder, Racquel Henry.

You might also enjoy being in our free online writing community, where we have fun daily posts, cheer each other on, and share all things writing related found on the web.

We also provide a free digital NaNoWriMo Novel planner every year and you can download it here.

Next week, we’ll post a list of all the NaNoWriMo resources we’ve made since our very beginning, and you may even discover a new one or two has been added!

Until then, from all of us at Writer’s Atelier, happy writing!
