Motivational Minute with Paige Lavoie #124: Writing Every Day?

Paige Lavoie returns to talk about writing every day in Motivational Minute #124 on Writer’s Atelier TV!

Paige feels like she’s constantly seeing the same message spread on social media: if you want to be a “real writer,” make sure you’re writing every single day.

While that can be an incredible practice in self-discipline and holding yourself accountable, it also sets the bar very high for yourself. You’re not typically going to be able to write every single day. And that’s okay.

If you can’t get the words in today, or you didn’t get them in yesterday, it doesn’t make you any less valid than the writer who’s sitting next to you.

Keep working hard, but be gentle with yourself, too.

You are valid.

You are a writer.

Happy writing!
