Paige Lavoie has found a pen in her hair in Motivational Minute #105 on Writer’s Atelier TV.
At the time of this video, Paige had a busy day ahead. She was on a hundred different deadlines: for photos, words, you know how it is. But while Paige was doing her make-up and getting ready she found, of all things, a pen in her hair.
She had no idea how it got there. She hadn’t written with it recently. But it did make her realize that maybe it was time to slow down. To take that deep breath.
So if you’re also feeling overwhelmed with the number of tasks on your to-do list, join Paige in taking a deep breath. Do it as many times as you need. Then you can go tackle those words.
